Eligibility
- Must be a recognized student organization at Penn State Mont Alto in the year of nomination
Criteria for Judging
- Made significant effort to further the purpose of the organization
- Provided programming and/or service to the campus community
- Demonstrated outstanding leadership
- Created outreach to new students
- Contributed to the campus and/or the surrounding community
- Nominations can/should include a description of innovative ideas, how the organization has improved, how the organization has responded to the needs of the campus/community, any outstanding events, programs, speakers, services, etc.
Procedure
- Nominations accepted from any Mont Alto student, faculty, or staff member. Self-nominations also accepted.
- Nomination must include:
- Rationale outlining the organization’s qualifications for the award as they relate to "Criteria for Judging"
- Completion of the nomination form by the nominator (online nomination form located at bottom of page).

- Student Government President
- Faculty Member
Nomination Deadline
Nomination deadline for the 2024-2025 award season is March 28, 2025.
